This course is ideal for learners who are interested in a career in Women’s Hairdressing. It allows you to learn, develop and practice the advanced Hairdressing skills required for employment and/or career progression in this field. Course content is highly practical and covers a wide range of advanced Hairdressing skills.

    • Colour hair to create a variety of looks
    • Cut women’s hair to create a variety of looks
    • Hair colour correction
    • Creative Hair Design Skills
    • Perm Hair to create a variety of looks
  • Entry Requirements

    4 GCSEs at grade 9-4 (A*-C), including English and Maths, or a Level 2 qualification (Merit or Distinction) in a related subject. Note: for skills-based qualifications you might need the skills at Level 2 in order to enrol onto the Level 3. Final selection is by interview and internal tests.

  • Assessment

    You will be assessed through a range of practical assessment techniques, observations, assignments and online examinations

  • Moving Forward

    Employment as a fully qualified hairdresser or stylist
